Travel and Accomodation

Delegates are responsible for their own travel/accommodation bookings. Refer to the ‘Accommodation’ page on the Conference website for assistance.

Catering and Dietary Requirements

Arrival tea and coffee, morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch are included with your conference registration. An environmentally-friendly menu will be served on both days. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know when you register online and we will ensure we cater for you.

Mobility and Special Needs

We are happy to help in any way we can if you require any special assistance – just let us know when you register.

Registration Desk, Name Badges and Tickets

The conference registration desk will be situated at the entrance to the conference room. Upon registration, you will receive a delegate bag and name badge. Admission to all sessions, is by name badge only, so please wear it at all times.


The NZIOB reserves the right to make changes to the conference program at any time as circumstances require. While we will make every effort to ensure all advertised speakers will appear on the day, we cannot guarantee their attendance.

What happens if you have to cancel?

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend at no extra cost up until registration closes on the Friday 17th of March 2017. Alternatively, a refund less $100.00 + GST service charge per registrant will be made for cancellations received in writing (email, letter) to Hannah Keir-Smith up until the Friday 10th of March 2017. Regrettably, no refund can be made after the 10th March 2017 only substitutions.
