Chris has a Bachelor in Applied Science in building which is complemented by a Graduate Diploma in Land Economy.

With 35 years’ experience in business management, construction, asset management and capital transactions, Chris has the ability to craft solutions to maximize business and project outcomes. He has worked with private and public companies and has had extensive interface with major institutions, investors, and state and federal government agencies.


Greenwich Associates is a group of enterprises with 35 professionals servicing the east coast of Australia. Greenwich Advisory provides business and strategic planning, HR advisory with executive search and bespoke education. Greenwich Projects is a corporate real estate advisor operating across the disciplines of project management, commercial management, cost advisory and program consulting.


Chris was previously Chief Executive at Pacific Services Group Holdings, Chief Operating Officer at Hansen Yuncken and prior still, was the NSW Manager – Industrial & Commercial at Walker Corporation.


Chris is actively involved in Indigenous business engagement and has been responsible for a number of significant outcomes. This includes a collaboration to create a national Indigenous facilities management business called Evolve FM which is a joint venture between the Indigenous owned business Pacific Services Group Holdings with JLL.


In 2014, Chris founded a mentoring program called ibuild our future® which connects senior industry executives in construction, property economics & development, to students at universities across NSW.
